SHIPPING POLICY

All items in stock will be processed and *begin shipping* within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified. If the item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected date of delivery. We will also contact you when the item has shipped.

Flawless Boutique ships all Canada and US orders with Canada Post. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. If your package shows "delivered" as its tracking status, but you have not received it, please contact us.

If your package is undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, extra shipping charges will incur. We will contact you when the package has returned. Free shipping orders will also incur these extra charges.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item, we will be happily offer you a store credit good for any in store or online item. Please call or email to discuss your return.

All items must be returned in their original condition and unused within 15 days from receipt of your order.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

When you pre-order an item it is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved you will be charged at the time your order is placed. Delivery notification will be sent as soon as your items are received at our store. All delivery dates are approximate, because manufactures provide delivery dates according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedule or inventory.

If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you a store credit good for any in store or online item. For returns please see RETURN POLICY above.
